Flair Airlines is seeking a motivated Purchasing & Inventory Analyst in Toronto, ON. This vital role focuses on purchasing, inventory forecasting, and ensuring product availability for onboard services.

Reporting to the Director of Buy on Board, you will be responsible for analyzing product performance, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating inventory across various locations. Your expertise will directly support efficient purchasing decisions and strategic inventory management, ultimately enhancing operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute purchasing activities for retail products and catering supplies
• Develop demand forecasts based on sales and operational data
• Optimize replenishment strategies to reduce waste




• Coordinate inventory transfers between stations
• Generate operational reports to support decision-making

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of related experience in purchasing and inventory
• Solid background in data analysis and performance metrics
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management
• Knowledge of the airline or catering industries a plus
• Clear criminal record check and eligibility to work in Canada
