This key position within the Continuous Improvement team involves the implementation of improvement initiatives and Lean Construction techniques. You will partner with the CI Director to manage the Darlington New Nuclear Project's CI strategies and ensure project goals are met through exceptional planning and execution. This role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement among operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of CI program elements and best practices
• Oversee training and communication of Lean methodologies
• Manage CI team efforts and schedules effectively
• Facilitate key project stakeholder meetings
• Support waste reduction and improvement tracking
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Lean Greenbelt Certification required; Black Belt preferred
• 5+ years in lean construction project execution
• 7-10 years in related field experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
