• Provide in-person and phone support to players
• Educate visitors on safe gambling practices
• Develop initiatives for community education
• Build solid relationships with gaming staff
Requirements:
• Background in social services, education, or related areas
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
• Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Valid G Class Driver’s License and local travel capacity
• Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting and carrying
