This is an exciting prospect for two individuals to work closely as Assistant Resident Managers at a Realstar property. The role requires on-site living, with a commitment of four weekdays, every second weekend, and on-call evenings. Successful candidates will combine cleaning and minor maintenance expertise with customer service acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and facilities
• Carry out minor repairs to enhance tenant experience
• Prep apartments for incoming residents efficiently
• Offer excellent customer service support
• Manage leasing and on-call service requests
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience beneficial
• Skills in minor maintenance repairs preferred
• Strong customer interaction capabilities
• Ability to function well in a cooperative team
• Must be available for evening and weekend on-call shifts
