The Operations Executive role requires close collaboration with the Executive Director to enhance Ark Aid’s mission-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 8–12 years of leadership experience in nonprofit or related sectors
• Proven track record in financial sustainability strategies
• Expertise in contract negotiation and funder relations
• Understanding of employment legislation and compliance laws
