Key Responsibilities:
• Connect inspiringly with the P&C; team and stakeholders
• Develop Business Unit managers' people management capabilities
• Promote practices aligned with our National Inclusiveness strategy




• Model shared leadership and coaching in all interactions
• Execute cyclical HR processes across multiple locations

Requirements:
• HR experience of at least 5 years preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and employment law
• Exceptional business acumen with operational insights
• Demonstrable urgency in a fast-paced setting
• Relevant post-secondary education; CPHR is an asset
