As a crucial member of the team, you will design and implement meaningful activities tailored to individual and group needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a supportive setting and ensuring residents’ safety during programs, while documenting their engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate engaging activity programs
• Prepare and maintain the activity area for residents
• Observe and report resident behavior during activities




• Keep accurate records of resident participation
• Collaborate with staff to meet resident needs

Requirements:
• Diploma in recreation, kinesiology, or similar field
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience with program planning for various abilities
• Self-starter with effective time management skills
• Experience with the elderly and cognitively impaired
