Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with community members for better support
• Facilitate case planning and delivery for families at risk
• Liaise with external agencies and advocate effectively
• Offer psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Coordinate engagements with community resources effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited institution
• Relevant social work license or registration
• Minimum three years of experience in social work
• Experience with Indigenous communities valued
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
