As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with certified E.C.E. Teachers to deliver a curriculum tailored to the diverse needs of children within our programs. Your role will include daily interactions, planning engaging activities, and observing children's development, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported. Commitment to inclusivity and empathy will be key in this nurturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist E.C.E. in delivering early learning programs
• Create adaptable program plans based on children's interests




• Contribute to the assessment of children's behavior
• Foster supportive communication with families and staff
• Maintain a protected and organized activity environment

Requirements:
• Prior experience with children in care settings
• Familiarity with best practices in early childhood education
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Police and medical checks must be up-to-date
• CPR and First Aid certification needed
