Support CPKC’s vehicle operations as a Fleet Management Supervisor responsible for vehicle compliance and lifecycle processes. Enhance operational readiness across the fleet.

In the Supervisor Vehicles position, you will ensure all CPKC vehicles, trailers, and Light Mobile Assets are compliant with regulatory standards. Your role encompasses managing registrations, coordinating supplier performance, and maintaining accurate asset records. This is an impactful position within CPKC that not only supports fleet operations but also contributes to economic growth through effective management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete vehicle registration and licensing for compliance
• Manage annual International Fuel Tax Agreement renewals




• Supervise vehicle and equipment plating processes
• Update Asset Management system with accurate data
• Coordinate disposal for vehicles and assets at end of life

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent necessary
• 3 years’ experience in vehicle management in transportation
• In-depth understanding of CPKC policies and standards
• Capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Skill in influencing cross-functional teams
