Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full training lifecycle using SAT and ADDIE
• Identify learning requirements and gaps with stakeholders
• Ensure training content is accurate and effective




• Drive collaboration with construction and engineering teams
• Monitor implementation of training activities and address gaps

Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
• Significant background in nuclear or construction environments
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and SAT/ADDIE
• Solid communication and leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
