Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct energy usage assessments to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop energy-saving project scopes and feasibility studies
• Manage the implementation and monitoring of energy retrofit projects




• Facilitate tenant communication regarding energy initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency through low/no cost energy measures

Requirements:
• Skilled Engineer Designation and a relevant degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy management
• Strong analytical skills with energy financial modeling knowledge
• Proficiency in energy assessment tools and methodologies
• Bilingual proficiency is desirable
