In this role, you will supervise daily operations in our Collections business, ensuring compliance and efficient performance from our drivers. Your responsibilities will include reviewing route performance, conducting safety meetings, and leading recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage multiple collection routes
• Review route sheets to assess performance metrics
• Conduct operational and safety audits of drivers
• Plan schedules and communicate route assignments
• Enforce Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S;) programs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a leadership role preferred
• Class 3 driver’s license compliance required
• Robust understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations
• Motivated with a proactive approach to safety
