Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely tax compliance for U.S. and Canadian entities
• Manage oversight of partnership structures and investor reporting
• Evaluate tax incentives for U.S.
clean energy initiatives
• Support current and deferred tax calculations and reporting
• Collaborate with other finance teams on operational projects
Requirements:
• At least 4 years’ experience in tax, accounting, or audit
• Understanding of U.S. partnership tax structures
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and tax reporting standards
• Experience with multiple stakeholders or external auditors
• Interested in developing knowledge of clean energy incentives
