As a vital team member, you'll work in a structured and rapid-paced environment dedicated to maintaining AltaLink’s transmission assets. Your expertise in SCADA systems, application support, and proactive troubleshooting will be key to ensuring operational success and system security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure EMS and infrastructure support for operations
• Upgrade software and maintain external interfaces
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues
• Monitor EMS for performance optimization opportunities
• Participate in regular standby duties for system support
Requirements:
• Related degree/diploma in IT or relevant fields
• At least one year in EMS or data center experience
• Knowledge in high availability systems and ticketing tools
• Solid grounding in cyber security practices
