You will be pivotal in strategic planning and oversight of EHS&S; initiatives while championing the involvement of employees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the EHS&S; strategy for our Airdrie plant
• Develop and oversee compliance and safety targets
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls
• Handle training and performance management for EHS team
• Develop and test emergency response plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience
• 2 years of management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and EHS compliance
• Must work in office in Airdrie, Alberta
