As a Family Support Worker at Fair Ways, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting families facing challenges. You will work directly with parents and children during their 12-week assessment, ensuring safety and promoting positive change. Your experience in trauma-informed care and commitment to best practices will be essential in helping families receive the right support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Keep children and families secure within the center
• Assist in thorough, evidence-based parenting assessments
• Implement trauma-informed practices for family support




• Monitor family well-being while maintaining boundaries
• Liaise with healthcare professionals for holistic support

Requirements:
• Must have full driving license and car access
• Enhanced DBS disclosure mandatory
• Background in health/social care is a plus
• Level 3 qualification in childcare/social care preferred
• Must have right to work in the UK
