In this position, you'll become a vital part of WSP's Property & Buildings team, working closely with seasoned engineers and designers across a variety of projects. You will have the unique opportunity to influence the development of mechanical systems that align with innovative building practices and community needs. Your technical knowledge will help support projects from initial concepts to final construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed mechanical design drawings using Revit
• Collaborate in developing comprehensive drawing packages
• Design effective HVAC, plumbing,



and fire-protection systems
• Conduct load calculations for ventilation and cooling
• Ensure technical documentation through exact coordination

Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar
• 3–5 years’ experience in mechanical system design
• Solid command of AutoCAD and Revit
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with focus
