In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor overseeing board matters and corporate governance for the company’s funds. Your efforts will concentrate on fund formation for private equity and real estate funds, and you will collaborate closely with external counsel on a wide array of transactions. The position supports investment teams through thorough legal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise governance aspects for all company funds
• Play a key role in private fund formation
• Work with external lawyers on acquisitions and financing
• Review and draft various legal agreements
• Assist investment teams in legal frameworks

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in corporate and securities law
• Solid negotiation and drafting skills
• Knowledge of private equity and real estate
• Excellent communication abilities
