As a key contributor to ECF’s affordable housing strategy, you will engage donors and organizations to develop innovative funding solutions. This role allows you to identify opportunities, support donor engagement, and collaborate within the housing ecosystem for maximum community benefit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Increase philanthropic investment in housing solutions
• Build donor relationships and support engagement initiatives
• Explore funding through ECF’s Social Enterprise Fund




• Collaborate in strategy development and community discussions
• Design and evaluate cutting-edge housing initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant advisory experience
• Understanding of social finance and community development
• Proven track record in fundraising and partnerships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in business, nonprofit management, or similar
