Join Talawakelle Tea Estates PLC in Sri Lanka as a Partnerships and Grants Development Advisor. Drive initiatives that support gender equality and community well-being in a full-time volunteer role.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s sustainability through developing partnerships and securing funding. Duties include crafting grant proposals, improving donor engagement, and strengthening reporting systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to empowering communities and promoting environmental conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the creation of resource mobilization strategies
• Prepare proposals aligned with sustainability objectives
• Improve management of partnership activities and reporting
• Enhance staff capabilities on project management and proposal writing
• Link with partners for cooperative community projects
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in International Development or similar
• At least two years of experience in grant management
• Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility frameworks
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
• Experience in cross-sector collaborations
