Key Responsibilities:
• Load blast holes per approved designs and guidelines
• Verify blast hole conditions before loading
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and hazard analyses




• Ensure all blasting equipment is handled safely
• Maintain blast area organization and security

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in an open-pit mining setting
• Clean driving record with a valid license
• In-depth knowledge of explosives and initiation systems
• Committed to environmental and safety standards
• Able to work in challenging weather conditions
