In this Senior RTE position, you will be responsible for setting up and refining the Agile Release Train's operating model. You will guide multiple teams through Agile practices, ensuring successful Program Increment (PI) execution. Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering leadership will be vital for driving continuous improvement and achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead predictable delivery efforts with an end-to-end view
• Establish necessary ART syncs and feedback loops
• Conduct and manage PI Planning while monitoring objectives




• Alleviate impediments and ensure alignment on multiple fronts
• Utilize metrics to improve workflow and delivery predictability

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in Agile roles (RTE/Agile Coach)
• Expertise in managing integrated software systems
• Proven capabilities in PI Planning and coordination
• Must possess SAFe RTE certification
• Experience with Azure DevOps is advantageous
