This full-time, on-site role requires an experienced EHS skilled committed to strategic leadership and operational excellence. You'll work closely with teams in engineering and operations to influence safety programs, ensuring compliance with health and environmental regulations. Your efforts will be essential in reducing risks and promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EHS programs at Kingston fiberglass manufacturing plant
• Develop an engaging safety culture among employees
• Ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations




• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance for employees and managers

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in safety, science, or engineering
• 5+ years of EHS leadership experience
• Certified Joint Health and Safety Committee member
• Strong knowledge of Ontario EHS legislation
• Experience with compliance management in Ontario
