In this essential role at EHN Canada, you'll be a vital part of the multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient recovery. Your tasks involve implementing therapeutic activities, supervising daily routines, and fostering healthy behaviors among our clients in a co-ed setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct patients in life skills, promoting autonomy
• Facilitate newcomer groups and community meetings
• Support patients' engagement in structured activities
• Monitor patient wellbeing and report concerns
• Provide transportation for patients as necessary
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in relevant area
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred
• Certification in First Aid/CPR, NVCI or equivalent
• Robust communication skills and familiarity with electronic systems
