Candidates should have 3-5 years of property management experience, specifically in multi-residential settings. You'll be responsible for enhancing resident engagement, managing budgets, and directing leasing initiatives, all while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations for multiple residential properties
• Respond to resident inquiries and service requests promptly
• Assist with resident move-ins and lease renewals




• Conduct regular inspections for property upkeep and safety
• Negotiate contracts for landscaping and maintenance services

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in residential property management
• Robust experience with newly constructed communities is a plus
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
