Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a crew to ensure high-quality road work
• Plan and coordinate operations, managing equipment and materials
• Participate in incident investigations as necessary




• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Develop efficient traffic management plans for work activities

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience at MO4 level or supervisory experience
• Familiarity with WSBC Health and Safety Regulations
• Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 (an asset)
• Clean driving abstract; Class 3 with Air Brake endorsement
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
