Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for achieving high standards of health and safety for the residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents
• Oversee staff hiring and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with FLTCA and health standards




• Manage departmental budgets and inventory
• Supervise contractors' work effectiveness

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education including Environmental Services certificate
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Health and Safety certification upon hiring
