Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities for production equipment
• Develop and implement mechanic training programs
• Monitor preventative maintenance sheets and procedures




• Ensure strong communication between teams
• Troubleshoot and repair production tools as needed

Requirements:
• Millwright/Electrician certification or equivalent
• At least five years of supervisory maintenance experience
• Experience in Tool and Die environments is an asset
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
