This role is designed for those with an ability to manage various tasks while providing exceptional client service. Experience with document review and corporate commercial law is beneficial but not mandatory. Bilingual capabilities in English and French will enhance your application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review legal documents and perform due diligence tasks
• Analyze commercial contracts and NDAs
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
• Must be called to the Bar of Ontario
