This full time position requires an experienced educator who thrives in a structured, Montessori-inspired setting. You will create engaging learning experiences that support executive functions and prepare children for Kindergarten. Your role will involve mentoring educators, maintaining classroom standards, and building strong family connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Jumping Junipers Left Brain classroom
• Plan Montessori-inspired learning activities
• Support children's independence and problem-solving skills




• Facilitate engaging circle times and small-group sessions
• Maintain progress records and document children's learning

Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ages 3–5
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Proven curriculum planning skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
