Vaco by Highspring seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist skilled in invoicing and trade management, located in Greater Toronto Area. This position covers both automatic and manual invoicing tasks.
In this role, you will manage various invoicing processes, ensuring that documents are accurately created and sent to customers. You will also access trade management portals for claims and collaborate with BDMs to gather necessary promotional contracts for customer deductions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate manual invoices and convert them to PDF format
• Upload invoices into customer-driven portals
• Handle virtual mailboxes for non-portal customers
• Attach necessary documents to SAP deductions
• Liaise with BDMs about missing promotional contracts
Requirements:
• At least 3 years invoicing experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills for document handling
• Familiarity with customer engagement portals
• Robust attention to detail for invoice accuracy
• Current residency in the Greater Toronto Area
