Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or industrial production
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience required
• Experience in MIG welding with relevant certifications preferred
• Familiarity with engineering and assembly drawings
• Robust leadership and team management skills
