Job Description
The City of Mission Recreation Department is looking for qualified and enthusiastic instructors to teach Land Fitness (Yoga).



The successful candidates will be responsible for creating a safe environment and supportive workplace by demonstrating proper form, techniques, and modifications with clear and precise instruction. Applicants should have the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have a recognized fitness certificate approved by a creditor plus recent related experience, including working with specialty fitness classes in a fitness facility, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.Group Fitness Instructor registration with BCRPA or CFES and Standard First Aid training is considered an asset.

Additional Information
This position will teach yoga classes on Sunday & Thursday mornings, with additional sub opportunities available on various days and times.
