As the NSWOC RN, you will play a critical role in managing nursing quality while following established care standards. Your duties will include assessing and developing patients' care plans and supervising nursing staff to ensure effective patient management. You will also facilitate performance evaluations and guide your team in the absence of the Director of Care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with nursing and administrative policies
• Assess and monitor patients' health changes
• Create and evaluate patient care plans
• Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
• Provide direction in a supervisory role

Requirements:
• Current certificate of competence for nursing practice
• Enrollment with approved provincial registration
• Relevant community or long-term care experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Access to a reliable vehicle for community visits
