You will play an essential role in advancing health and safety across Innergex's Hydro, Wind, and Solar facilities in Western Canada and the USA. Reporting to the Senior Director of Health & Safety, you’re responsible for managing the Health & Safety Management System, conducting risk assessments, and delivering training to ensure compliance with policies. Your experience in incident investigation will play a critical role in maintaining a secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of safety procedures and standards
• Conduct site-specific health safety training sessions




• Manage reporting of safety incidents and investigations
• Collaborate with site leaders on emergency response planning
• Track and report on H&S; initiatives progress

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and H&S; software
• Willing to travel 30-40% of the time
