The Care Company seeks motivated Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistants for full-time roles focused on community-based rehabilitation. You will work under the supervision of experienced Registered Therapists to implement treatment plans and assist clients in various regions including Alliston and Markham. This role emphasizes mobility support and involves documenting client progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support various rehabilitation exercises and mobility tasks
• Reinforce home exercise programs for client safety




• Assist with mobility aid setup and training
• Document client response to treatments and progress
• Maintain communication with supervising OT/PT professionals

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with reliable car access
• OTA/PTA certification required
• Transparent communication skills in English
• Recent TB Test and CPR/First Aid certifications
• Criminal Record Check within the last year
