Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire implementation journey for each Nation
• Train staff across departments with diverse technical backgrounds




• Customize modules based on individual community operations
• Document existing workflows and design transitions
• Conduct training sessions and troubleshoot in the field

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles
• Experience in software or system implementation
• Excellent patience and teaching skills
