West Moberly First Nations seeks a Housing Manager to enhance housing services and manage key projects. This full-time, in-person position emphasizes community-driven values and effective program administration.
In this vital role, you will oversee housing construction, manage renovations, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of management experience and the ability to deliver housing services equitably. Your leadership will support staff development and facilitate explicit communication with Chief and Council.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage new housing construction and maintenance
• Coordinate with contractors for project compliance
• Deliver consistent and effective housing services
• Lead recruitment and training efforts for housing staff
• Monitor housing budgets and reporting standards
Requirements:
• Degree or certification in relevant fields
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with First Nation housing programs
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and necessary checks
