Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate vertical milling machines
• Adjust feeds and speeds for optimum performance
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints effectively
• Deburr and prepare parts post-operation

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience for junior roles
• 10+ years of experience for senior roles
• Fanuc or Haas experience required
• Familiarity with Mastercam is preferred
• Aerospace or jobbing shop experience advantageous
