In this position, you will undertake a variety of repairs including carpentry and plumbing, while conducting safety promotions and maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborating with customers, you will also perform inspections and prepare mobile offices for delivery. An organized workspace and customer satisfaction are key in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete repairs on mobile office trailers and modular buildings
• Perform detailed assessments for check-in/out inspections




• Ensure all trailers are delivery-ready at quality levels
• Maintain tools and parts inventory for service efficiency
• Engage respectfully with customers, explaining services clearly

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Carpentry knowledge with customer communication experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license needed
• Quick-paced work capability and self-motivation essential
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing a plus
