Key Responsibilities:
• Design community service-learning experiences that meet program goals
• Develop and sustain reciprocal community partnerships
• Lead faculty and mentor onboarding and training
• Monitor learner engagement and support mechanisms
• Implement continuous quality improvement processes
Requirements:
• Master’s in Health Education or related discipline
• Experience with community engagement and curriculum design
• Knowledge of accreditation and assessment standards
• Effective communication and change management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple educational initiatives
