Become a vital part of our printing team as a Flexographic Press Operator tasked with producing high-quality labels. This role encompasses operating presses, performing Makeready tasks, and maintaining production standards.

You will manage the entire printing process, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while following established health and safety guidelines. Ensure all job specifications are met while conducting thorough quality checks on printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review job tickets for detailed requirements
• Prepare and verify all essential components for jobs
• Operate presses and adjust for optimal output
• Perform quality control checks on printed rolls
• Report maintenance needs through the “FiXX” system

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least one year of flexographic printing experience
• Familiarity with Spectrodensitometers is beneficial
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
• Ability to lift heavy materials as needed
