Key Responsibilities:
• Execute association’s strategic plan with the Board of Directors
• Serve as NRCA's key spokesperson and advocate

• Develop and manage annual budgets responsibly

Requirements:
• Proven executive experience in leadership roles
• At least five years of senior management experience
• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders
• Familiarity with non-profit and industry dynamics
• Educational background in relevant fields preferred
