Enhance Indigenous relations as a Consultant at Atura Power. This pivotal role involves engagement with Indigenous communities and promoting cultural awareness across the organization.
As the Indigenous Relations Consultant, you will work with diverse teams to integrate Indigenous perspectives into all project phases. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships, identifying community opportunities, and implementing successful engagement strategies. Your unique blend of qualified experience and Indigenous knowledge will significantly contribute to Atura Power’s objectives and reconciliation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute community engagement activities
• Develop and deliver Indigenous cultural awareness training
• Contribute to policy and strategy for Indigenous relations
• Monitor policies related to Indigenous communities
• Support project planning through research and analysis
Requirements:
• Degree in Indigenous Studies, Political Science, or related
• 2–5 years in stakeholder or community relations
• Understanding of Indigenous community structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and travel willingness
