This part-time role at Worksite Safety Compliance Centre is designed for experienced professionals with a passion for teaching safety training. You will lead the Working at Heights program, educate diverse audiences, and provide critical evaluations of participant skills. Collaborate within a agile team to enhance your skills while fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging Working at Heights training sessions
• Evaluate and provide feedback on participant performance
• Maintain accurate training documentation
• Attend team development meetings and workshops

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of training experience required
• Experience in construction management is preferred
• Certification in occupational health & safety preferred
• Effective presentation and engagement skills
• Must hold a valid Ontario Driver's License
