Become a key player at YVR as a Risk and Resilience Program Coordinator, where you’ll focus on improving operational readiness and managing airside risks. This full-time position enables you to enhance the airport's safety protocols.
As a dedicated Program Coordinator, you will work collaboratively across teams to develop and sustain operational plans while effectively addressing risks. Your responsibilities will also include stakeholder engagement, aligning multiple internal and external partners, and leading exercises that assess and mitigate operational challenges. Continuous improvement will be at the core of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuous improvement of operational and contingency plans
• Oversee the FOD and Aircraft Recovery Plans
• Lead tabletop exercises for readiness
• Assess and mitigate airside operational risks
• Engage in emergency preparedness activities
Requirements:
• At least three years in an operational environment
• Thorough understanding of aviation and regulations
• Robust planning and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Class 5 driver's license required
