Job requirement Candidates must attain a post-secondary degree or diploma in a discipline such as urban planning, architectural technology, the science of building design, and civil engineering technology to be eligible for this post.
They must have a minimum of 3 years of experience directly related to development approvals in a municipal environment to be eligible for this post.
Applicants must have experience in reading and interpreting surveys and architectural drawings for compliance with zoning by-laws to be eligible for this post.
They must attain experience in reading and interpreting by-laws, applicable legislation, agreements, regulations and other documentation to be eligible for this post.
Work setting Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
Applicants must attain the ability to work autonomously or within a group or team workplace to be considered as an asset for the organization.
