Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Small Claims Court matters from start to finish
• Prepare pleadings and conduct trials as necessary
• Handle landlord-side LTB issues, including tenant behavior




• Assess and enforce collections on outstanding receivables
• Develop effective strategies for recovery of small debts

Requirements:
• Licensed Paralegal in positive standing in Ontario
• Minimum 5 years of relevant litigation experience
