Lead the Elders’ Activities Program in the Musqueam community, focusing on recreation, education, and cultural activities. Engage members through inclusive social events and workshops.

As the Elders' Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating a range of programs designed to enrich the lives of Musqueam Elders. Working closely with the Elders’ Program Supervisor, you will assess community needs and ensure that all activities are culturally safe and accessible. Your efforts will help strengthen community bonds while supporting the overall well-being of Elders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate diverse and inclusive activities for Elders
• Work with supervisors to implement the Elders’ Program Plan




• Conduct home visits to heighten community engagement
• Manage weekly luncheons and recreational events
• Complete necessary administrative functions and reporting

Requirements:
• Background in relevant education or community service
• Solid knowledge of Musqueam culture and protocols
• Willingness to complete Trauma Informed Training
• Food Safe Certification or readiness to complete
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for community transport
